  • We have won 4 out of 5 grants applied to within the year 2024, totaling over $3 million in awarded funds.

    • We created and executed a first-of-its-kind-for-Chicago program dedicated to assisting un/underemployed populations gain employment in the professional services side of construction through teaching project coordination and skills expected of an engineer’s assistant. The first cohort saw 80% job placement within 6 months of the program ending.

    • Overhaul of a 1:1 coaching program for small and mid-sized businesses, which brought program completion from 40% to 90%

    • Created program for the first running CEJA Incubator in Illinois.

    • 100% certification rate of mentored teachers-to-be

    • Establishment of peer evaluation cadences and feedback cycles, including instruction of different evaluation methods, targeting specific teacher assessment requests

    • Professional development in best practices such as utilizing the Zone of Proximal Development, Rigorous Questioning in Mathematics, Planning for Varying Abilities
