Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Christina.

Throughout my career, I have worked in education and non-profit spaces in ways that have allowed me to fully see big picture ideas into reality; develop teams and staff; and create operational efficiencies within organizations. I design and execute programs, coordinate logistics and systems for long-term and short-term engagements, and pride myself on my ability to problem solve and think outside of the box in order to create unique, tailored solutions for my clients.

I approach all engagements with an equity-focused lens and have extensive experience working with underserved and disinvested communities as they fight for their seats at the table, small and mid-sized business owners as they grow and scale, and underrepresented individuals as they look to hone their skills or take their next career/educational step.

Beyond my professional life, I am an adventurer with a love for travel and exploring new places. Whether discovering new destinations abroad or trying the coffee shop that opened around the corner, I thrive on new experiences that inspire creativity, challenge my thinking, and provide skills that can later inform my practice.
